Simply get in touch with us to let us know when you’d like to collect/drop off. Please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice.

We have £1 million of public liability insurance cover.
We do no not have an insurance policy to cover your vehicle in storage.
We recommend that you inform your insurance company of your vehicle’s storage at The Car Den and check with them that your vehicle is insured under your own normal ‘road risk’ or ‘laid up’ policy for fire, theft and accidental damage while stored at our premises.

We are generally available between 7am and 7pm but we will always try and assist outside of these hours. Please just ask and give us as much notice as you can.

Our minimum charge is one month at our ‘short term’ storage rate.

The rates shown are for a maximum vehicle size of 5.0m x 2.0m.
If your vehicle exceeds either of these dimensions please ask for a bespoke quote.

Payable one month in advance, ideally on the first of the month by standing order unless otherwise agreed.
‘Long Term’ storage can also be paid 12 months in advance with a 5% discount.
One month notice period, no deposit required.

There is no VAT element to our prices. The price you see is the price you pay.

Yes, when you collect your vehicle in storage, you can leave your other vehicle with us.
